This hotel is excellent value for money, especially considering its central location. It is so close to the Termini train station, making it very convenient for travelers like myself. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and pay attention to every detail. They were prompt in responding to my emails and even arranged a taxi for me, providing excellent customer service. The rooms at this hotel are clean and well-appointed. I particularly liked the en-suite shower in my room and the fact that it had an extensible sofa, adding to the comfort of my stay. The breakfast included in the room rate was a nice touch. There was a wide variety of options available, including yogurts, juices, breads, biscuits.

Great location near Termini station, restaurants & shops. Clean, comfortable room cleaned daily. Lovely, helpful receptionist. Free coffee, tea, juice, water, and croissants replenished daily. Good WiFi. Easy check-in after 17.00. Excellent value for money.
